Mark Scharmann has been a private investor and business consultant since 1980. During late 1979 and early 1980, he became involved in the consulting business following his compilation and editing of a publication titled “Digest of Stocks Listed on the Intermountain Stock Exchange. (Library of Congress Catalogue Number (80-82407). In 1981, he compiled and edited an 800 page directory called the OTC Penny Stock Digest. ( Library of Congress Catalogue Number 80-82471). From this database, Mr. Scharmann, began to render consulting services to public and private companies specific to reverse merger transactions. Most recently, acting as an officer or principal, Mr. Scharmann has been involved in the following reverse merger transactions: Bio Lase Technologies NASADQ (BLTI) who develops and markets advanced medical and dental laser products, including specialized biomaterials for medical and dentistry specialties. BioLase is the manufacturer of dentistry’s #1 selling waterlase RYSGG dental laser. Capital Title Group, Inc. (Formerly NASDAQ CTGI) was purchased by LandAmerica (NYSE: LFG) for stock and cash in November of 2006, GeoVax Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ OTC BB: GOVX), GeoVax, Inc. is a biotechnology company developing human vaccines for diseases caused by HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus – AIDS) and other infectious agents. Bio-Path Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ OTC BB: BPTH), Bio Path Holdings, Inc. is commercializing certain technologies licensed from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, one of the top rated cancer centers in the world. He also is a Director of Pacific Alliance Corporation (NASDAQ OTC BB: PALC). Pacific Alliance Corporation is involved in the manufacture and distribution of air filtration products through its acquisition of Superior Filtration Products LC. (PALC) services the residential, commercial and industrial air filtration markets. Viking Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: VKNG), is a leading worldwide developer, manufacturer and marketer of 2D and 3D visualization solutions for complex minimally invasive surgery. Since 2007, Mr. Scharmann has been operating with his partners at Sycamore Ventures, LLC ( Sycamore). Sycamore consults with privately held and publicly held corporations relating to management, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, capital market access, and market support for publicly traded companies. Mr. Scharmann is an officer of Nightingale, Inc., a publicly held acquisition company currently seeking reverse merger acquisitions. He is an officer of Roycemore Corporation, a real state acquisition firm specializing in the development and acquisition of self storage facilities. He is also an officer of Nevada Land Holding Company, a privately held real estate acquisition company. Mr. Scharmann is a co-founder of www.wffl.com, a youth sports information web site. He graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors of Integrated Studies Degree in Business, Psychology and Health Education.
